3. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we offer shipping within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service). We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to international regions in the future.
4. What is your shipping policy?
- Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (GMT-5) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Our handling time is typically 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
- Tracking: After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track your package in real time.
5. Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

6. How do I return or exchange a product?
We want you to love your fragrance! If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process under the following conditions:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label if needed.
7. Can I return an international order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders. However, if you receive a defective or counterfeit item, we will accept a return if you follow the necessary steps outlined in our return policy.
8. How do I initiate a return?
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
